Not exactly rare, but not quite common either. ABEBooks lists 22
copies, most of them selling for between 50 and 150 dollars. Despite 
the ugly dust-jacket, it's a nice little book which'll fit right
into your back pocket (not many Pynchon editions will do this!). 
According to Mead's bibliography, the first printing was bound in 
light green cloth, subsequent printings in dark green cloth.
