And I had throught things were going reasonably well, though I of
course have been personally remiss in not keeping up/keeping things
going, I didn't expect my offscreen life to take up quite so much of
my time when I kicked this one off, or to have my access time as
curtailed as it ha been (boycotting my old online coffee shop, for
example).  But I'm now past my three-clinic-visits-a-week schedule AND
(as soon as we're reconnected, something wen't screwy the other night)
am online @ home (indeed, I even HAVE a home) now, so ...

So if you'd rather pass this time around, Joseph, that's fine, I've
done the same myself, even, and this time 'round, at least, I'm here
to fill in in such emergencies, just give me whatever running head
start you can (unless of course somebody else'd like to fill in) but I
would note that, that quick recent reread of The Crying of Lot 49
aside, this is as far as I can recall by far the fastest paced reading
we;ve ever done of a novel here, esp. one just published.  Not only
taht, it's one of the more lively, on the avg., in recent years, so
...

So let us know, we'll of course be happy to have you participate in
