IV 14 Riggs again again

I myself have made many monumental descents from steep mountains and
hills while walking backwards. . Unfortunately I have never timed
myself, or been properly rewarded, but I do move right along. Anyway,
the Earhart Powers line got me chuckling.

I know that the Kennedy stuff is traipsing out there in paranoid la
la land where there isn't a whole lot of solid ground , but I also
found it interesting that Thomas Noguchi, who shows up in IV, was
the coroner for the Robert Kennedy killing and that he supported the
theory of a 2nd gunman.

The whole inquiry began with asking myself who in the 70s period is
an example of a popular figure who might represent reverse cash flow
for the Fangers who was killed or turned around.
