well, it started out meaning to say I for one don't hate Robin.  Just
in case he was sensitive.  Then I realized he probably
wasn't, so I branched out into saying some of the things I thought
about his theories, and some other stuff.

I used to really like that Lynda Barry, but she dropped off my radar
back in the 80s or so...

I also suggested that it's very satisfying to refute someone.
(Also it can be instructive to address someone in opposition, and be
bested, as happens to me on occasion.)

Between deleting and responding, knowing I have at least those 2 options,
I have never felt oppressed by anyone's posts.

I also think we all have a right to comment, and I worked in a little
appreciation for well-crafted flames.

So I thought I covered everything, even a little low-spark flame
action of my own (Damning with faint praise?)
