I still say that page 122 was Penny's idea and Coy doesn't
corroborate it exactly...

but wait, who's he playing with - Spotted Dick?  Or some other ensemble
(I don't remember Spotted Dick having the instrument lineup or playing
the songs described here: saxophones plural, massive percussion section,
Desafinado, Samba do Aviao)  I guess he's a session guy,
not  a Board per se.  In fact, with all the personnel changes and
merchandising, the concept of a group becomes more a brand name
as noted...
