Grace/Slick

Just an idea that fits in with my obsession that IV may serve as an
itinerary for re-reading GR. One of the more obscure passages in GR
describes the Rider (Cyclist) in the Sky (501), ending with this,
strressing that It's still 1945, as if we didn't know.

"In the Tarot he is known as The Fool, but around the Zone here they
call him Slick. It's 1945. Still early, still innocent. Some of it
is."

Why Slick, just like this? Can Slick stand for Grace (as in Gravity v.
Grace) in a one-person slang? Jefferson Airplane is included in the IV
playlist, plus there is this dream of the White Rabbit in GR.
