IVIV Why 'chocolate-covered bananas? p.22

I think it's clear that Bigfoot isn't "all-bad."  But when I think of
a cop holding a chocolate-covered frozen banana, it registers as a big
erection covered in you-know-what, but in a comic way.  And Bigfoot is
a symbol of authority: a dick.
