even in 1970, the only people paid for just knowing about the real
estate and manipulating the information worked for the gov't.
They still do, using the computers.

Aunt Reet, tho', I believe is more into the sales end, and her advice
to Doc - "Get a lot while you're young" reflects her occupation.
Sales is not going away, is it, even in the computer age?
