True! It is this obsolete and absurd Bond pedantry-cum-cruelty/faux perfectionism (which is a hallmark of Fascism/Neo Nazism) that pisses me off.
And the choice of actors (more and more macho-agressive lately, think Daniel Craig and his frozen mask-like facial muscles) fits the tableau.
There is something of a steely, helmet wearing Wermacht soldier about DC in spite of the actor wearing civilian clothes.
