NP - Sign Ant- Obama-GOP Tax Cut Petition

They are only losing the majority in the House and they could conceivably block the extention of the tax cuts in the Senate even without a majority (so long as they had at least 41 members who would stick together or the repubs lacked the two-thirds majority needed to override a vet). They cannot, it is true, force Obama's plan through, but really, as someone else noted on here, not extending the tax cuts would do a lot toward reigning in the deficit while helping keep programs that help the most vulnerable members of society.
