In some of Stan Grof's work with cancer patients and LSD, one might be able 
to speak sensibly of non-spontaneous (perhaps planned is better) 
hallucinations. But, I do not think non-spontaneous hallucination makes 
sense on its face. It needs a fair bit of filling in and defense.

Just a thought...
