Dutch translation of Inherent Vice will be published on May, 15, 2009.  Title will be 'Eigen gebrek', 384 pages, ISBN-13: 978 90 3450320, my paper reports today.  Short article states that Pynchon is the author of enigmatic and inaccessible novels.

Fun to know: the Golden Fang will be translated as 'De gouden tand' (the gold tooth).

I believe the person who's translating it asked some questions; but cannot find it back now.
