Delillo's new book?

on my hold list from the library--looking fwd to reading it tho
DeLillo has disappointed me lately
Robert Stone's new collection Fun With Problems has some winners,
particularly a real goofy story about paranoia called The Wine Dark
Sea. stories are peppered with typical Stone sad, angry, pompous and
wasted drunks and druggies and cheats. not earth shattering but
Stone's worldview and sympathies and derangements are always
intriguing.

and it is refreshing to read again depictions of outright male lust
for women--seems like a crime w/ the new crop of younger writers. so
sensitive that lot. annoys the shit out of me
