Calling election early

V would be great.  Hell, I've been suggesting it for a while.  Even
so, I believe that a run-off between the top, very different from each
other, three is the right thing to do.

That said, I also believe that the first round should be counted in a
weighted fashion, perhaps with first choices getting three points,
second choices two, and third one, as otherwise people's actual
preference is thrown out.  I need to shower and go to work, so I'm not
gonna do that right now, but it would great if someone would do it.  I
think we'll get a very different count.
