I agree - I think Doc would be more likely to flip Bigfoot the bird than wave his [i.e. Doc's] dick at him - even though the latter has been known to occur in P's novels. It happens at least twice in GR:
 
"I got your mouth organ," jeers Paddy, "right here! Look! A wop clarinet!" (GR, 643)

"Here, Richard [Nixon]," jeers a passerby, "I got your French cuff, right here," meanwhile exposing himself in the grossest possible way and manipulating his foreskin in a manner your correspondent cannot set upon his page." (GR, 755)
