"Still" could also mean 'always' in Elizabethan
which any who are still reading these must feel.

"Come on baby," she said, too close to crying, "this one's
for free.For love. Climb on. Good stuff, no charge."
In Grace Paley's first book, a 50s minor (or more) classic
"The Little Disturbances of Man" one of the more memorable,
noted stories is about a woman, whose husband has left
her, hurt her by that, who meet about finalizing
divorce stuff., I think..........
She goes to bed with him. She explains herself, when asked:
"I did it out of love:.....or 'for love"...I think, don't have book handy.
Grace Paley lived in the same apartment building as Donald
Barthelme and where Pynchon stayed some of his time in the
Village writing V.........
