GR translation: sweat drops in the air

Well, I have to admit that I have gone through the entire book only
once.  Therefore, although I have some general ideas of what is going
on, it's difficult for me to connect all the dots.  It is of
tremendous help that people like you are kind enough to help me
clarify some of these ideas.

The problem here, however, is much more basic.  I simply parsed the
sentence wrong in the first place.  By parsing, I mean simply
understanding the grammar and syntax.  Fist I thought the bombs were
bewildered, which seems clearly wrong in hindsight.  That's what
caused my confusion.  Maybe that means I am not yet ready to tackle
any kind of translation, but I think it is at least an improvement on
the published translation, where worse atrocities are committed on
almost every page.
