SPOILER ALERT: Not really TRTR and early 1Q84 spoiler, kinda

But in one of the two plot threads in 1Q84, an anti-establshment literary guy concocts
a plan to have our protagonist 'rewrite' the 'has something real' but is raw and badly written
novella of a 17 year old girl to try to win a major literary prize, the Akutagawa Award. 
 
Somehow this resonates with me as akin to Wyatt and his perfect plaigerising in TR. 
 
That is, a metaphor for what is art, what is authentic in the artist, etc.
