NP. Some people don't like the space-time continuum "messed with"

Carlos Trenary Along the same lines, my friend Tom Weiler published papers about a decade ago describing the possibility that there might exist neutrinos that move faster than light, Last year the Large Hadron Collider reported that they may have detected such neutrinos, and Tom became famous overnight. Almost immediately he started getting death threats from people telling him not to mess with the space-time continuum.
