Well, it's like I've said for decades, if I go to hell when I die,
I'll be in good company. I've mostly settled on using the "I'm not
particularly theistic" phrase these days, though, because it leaves
people apparently trying to figure out what I just said, for some
reason. That generates breathing room to move on to some more
enlightening topic, like "How 'bout them potholes out there on the
highway? Shouldn't some philanthropic ultra-rich repugnicrat pay to
get those holes fixed? Isn't that how it's supposed to work?"

The good lord apparently just loves the shit outa liberals. And to think the Christians , who apparently haven't cracked a concordance for awhile , are just plain missing out. So when the rapture comes , maybe Thursday late afternoon, Look for a lot of Hondas and Priuses rising to meet him in the air. I'm gonna stay here and wait for a progressive landslide.

"Less than any man have I excuse for prejudice; and I feel for all
creeds the warm sympathy of one who has come to learn that even the
trust in reason is a precarious faith, and that we are all fragments
of darkness groping for the sun. I know no more about the ultimates
than the simplest urchin in the streets." -- Will Durant
