speaking of the Bunker this movie is the strangest of them all. miles away
from Downfall. there's hitler's nightmares about prostitutes (both sexes),
rats, hitler and goebbels like two kids at a frat party pounding the table
in unison shouting Blood Blood Blood, the goebbels children playing a board
game called Kill the Jew or some such, the lampshade made of jewish skin
given to Hitler as a gift.
doubt its been shown much in the US due to its unorthodox take

*The Death of Adolf Hitler* was a 1973 British television film starring Frank
Finlay <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Finlay> as Adolf
Hitler<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adolf_Hitler>and Caroline
Mortimer <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caroline_Mortimer> as Eva
Braun<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eva_Braun>.
The film details the last 10 days of Hitler's life as World War
II<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_II>comes to an end and
Allied <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allied_Powers> troops are closing in
on the *Führerbunker <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F%C3%BChrerbunker>*.
Michael Sheard (who played Himmler) and Tony Steedman (who played Gen.
Jodl) would play the same roles in U.S. television film *The
Bunker<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Bunker_%281981_film%29>
* in 1981.
