Tangential, almost irrelevant, on "Keep Cool, But Care"

I was talking elsewhere about Bullitt, the movie. If you know it,
you may know the line which Cormac McCarthy used on
the Oprah Show, "You work your side of the street; I'll work
mine" which anti-boss, loner McQueen says to Wagner.....

You may not know that the scene where the motorcyclist wipes
out during the great car chase was not scripted...that the motorcyclist
went past "closed' barriers....and did wipe out....(he was not badly hurt)

If you know that, or when you watch it again, check the shot where McQueen
stops and looks back.....a spontaneous shot since he had seen the wipeout and
was concerned......(it really is a continuity flaw that he would have stopped)
They left it in the scene and in describing McQueen's
look then, this came to me:......He looked like he cared, while always loooking cool.
And he started the chase again when he knew things were not disastrous...

So, possible visual embodiment of P's slogan .....at least to me....
