Hey Paul, thanks for putting this up, otherwise I wouldn't have come across it. I agree that "the article is kind of a mess", too much focus on Distinction when he should have mentioned Bourdieu's "The Rules of Art" as it is the more pertinent text. Still it is interesting to see people in mainstream media draw on PB's work. 
    Pyn is better off left out.
