Small? Could mean not Big or not Public. Private. A small soldier or
private. Ever been one? Well, it's not the smallest; when reached,
however, after no rank at tall, it seems still, so small, so private.
The first three habits, 1. be proactive, 2. begin with and end in
mind, and 3. put the first thing first, are grouped together in a
category called private victory. Private victories are personal and
relate to you as an individual person. In contrast, the following
three habits are grouped together as habits geared towards public
victory, and are related to your social success and in working
effectively with others.
Habit! Covey? Aristotle? Habit is an activity of the soul or happiness
for those who can form and keep these goo habits. We might call this,
not happiness, in the Eastern sense of Zen B C, but the persuit of it,
AC, that is, America Consciousness.
