sounds alot like counter-terrorism, too. didnt work for the french or
the US in iraq/afghan (as it didnt work in Vietnam--check out adam
curtis latest post The Rational Peasant)
nor i should mention, the IRA when they decided to branch out attacks
in Britain proper
there is no professional way. just senseless slaughter seems to me
