Mysteries of modern life

My wife called Netflix yesterday after I read here that they were sponsers and what they told her was that their ads somehow got placed on Rush's show sorta like by a third party--i dont know the exact words they used or how that works--but that Netflix was aware of the situation and was going to make sure it didnt happen again. I don't see how Netflix couldnt be aware of where their ads are being placed.
