Was anyone besides me reminded of Gravity's Rainbow, specifically of course,
The mapping of Slothrop----when mixed in with the Pavlov and related stuff ---
When they heard about the Administration's backing of this mapping the brain shit? 

Just what we can trust the political, scientific, military-industrial complex to use ONLY 
for good as they spun it. 

Seems big O even appointed some Bioethicist to make sure only good things result. 
Yeah. Needed. And unintended consequences no longer exist, correct?
