This particular cat may have been let out of the bag when PROMIS was 
seized by the National Security State.

One does not have to be a professor of constitutional law to see that 
NSA surveillance measures violate the Fourth Amendment. It will be 
interesting to see what happens now.

And I totally agree with Snowden.
