Thanks for the Atlantic link.  Interesting info, but I particularly like
how the author is acting as though the verdict is still out on Pynchon's
importance to American letters.  Maybe, after a couple hit and miss novels,
Bleeding Edge will be the one that cements his fame!

I am incredibly excited to see 21st century Pynchon.
