Engineered implosion requires placement of explosives all connected to be
sequentially detonated on multiple floor levels.  It is impossible to hide
that level of engineering, all that dynomite, work that would have taken
weeks to set in place. So please account for how all of that work was
invisible to all the tenants in all their private offices, or then
just stop surmising that engineered implosion is a possible explanation.
 Or just continue to babble.

It is that simple.  Or explain how it's not.
