BEER schedule as of 10/10

Thank you, for re-posting the schedule. Thanks to Mark for hosting,
and to all who have enhanced, augmented, improved, enlightened, made
better in thousand ways a book I love very much today and as Pat Upton
sez, not as much as tomorrow.

> This is what I have as of 10/10 when Laura left and I removed her name (we emailed privately).  -    The group read started a week early so at this pout Chapter 3 (Dave Monroe) should come up tomorrow.   Also - the ending date might not work out right -  there were an uneven number of days to divide by and Mark K.  set the first and last chapter dates resulting in 57 days for 41 chapters.   I tried to work it out so that most members get 3 days for a 2-chapter section but it couldn't hold up all the way through.
