I think what you are saying is partly tongue-in-cheek, as in "yeah, it's a
lot better now"
Which if you are the feminist and Marxist and so forth then you obviously
feel how short even the nice neighborhoods fall of perfection...or even
tolerability...but some things have improved in some respects

what Joseph Tracy responds to with vehement disagreement is the notion that
the absence of window washers on nyc street corners outweighs increased 3rd
world misery in any even moderately sane worldview...
And a fraud investigator might have some keys to how that sort of potemkin
fraud occurs
