Just saw the film in Manhattan tonight. I enjoyed it..not phenomenal, won't
be establishing residency in my head to be mulled over for months, but I
appreciated the tone and atmosphere and hearing some of Pynchon's language
delivered by a strong cast. Plenty of smiles and laughs along the way.
That said, I.V. was one of two Pynchon novels I really didn't care for, so
I'll be interested to hear from those of you who were more partial to the
book itself.
