You don't need a degree in Russian history or in German Political
Science to argue against the hysteria of those, like Thomas here, and
those major voices,  like Noam Chomsky, who are warning of nuclear war
and world war three. Such hyperbole is counterproductive and
undermines the better arguments that Chomsky & Co.,  and others,  less
hysterical, though critical of the US, NATO, EU are making. Moreover,
the anti-American cheerleaders, while they have good reason to
critique American and NATO strategies, are so focused on the Press,
the Neo -Nazis, and the like, they they are ignoring the or even
defending Putin.

Putin is toast. I think that's a good thing for the world, but I don't
want to see the people run at the banks, chaos and suffering, so I'm
rooting for a US solution, a market solution, and thus far, my bets
are good ones.

Venezuela too is toast.

It's not samrt to fuck with the Empire.
