A movie that so nicely embodies, via wayback location shooting, its main theme: the historic loss of a fuller social humanity. 

The gun fight late in the movie is a marvelous metaphor---for the happenstances that can led to WAR.    A shot is fired.......and everyone comes out of rooms and starts shooting....reminded me of WW1....
