Fictional books within books

We *all* go up to the Body Text, young man. Some immediately, others not
for a while...

(There is one encouraging rumor I can share. They say that where it used to
be ink on wood pulp... then bright pixels on a dark screen, or the
reverse... now Everything is Illuminated!)
