Deep State

I take this point: individual actors, acting out of self-interest, as most do, it seems, and other actors perhaps working against them ARE ALL acting in secret, without any democratic base/accountability, just as half-blind as are the larger actors, corporations, orgs, etc. Doing to others what they do not want done to themselves.
