Not Pynchon: Anyone know this show?

Really liked Breaking Bad but among the brilliance there were flat
bits at times and choices that didn't really reward.
I've been trying to think of a moment of Better Call Saul that isn't
perfectly judged and I can't. Won't be for everyone of course but it's
such a finely rendered thing.
