Hard cover GR editions

There was one (w/ a different, but similar nonetheless, dust jacket) a
while back.  Unfortunately (for you, alas), I wouldn't part w/ one of
my copies even if I could excavate them from storage.  They do,
however, show up on eBay et al., and even I could afford a 2nd copy in
recent years, so ... I'll keep an eye out, but try poking around
