First, I haven't stated that I recommend you check out
the great pynchon wiki mostly to see the meanings of words and things
without having to look them up. I will try not to repeat the
annotations that are there but it is much less full than
some of the other books so, I will do other words and scenes.

As it stands, with its great open commons way of democratic
annotation, it has not had
a real deeper meanings Reading posted yet. Or, no bloviators have
settled the land yet.
(I see some of my own posts made during a second--first slow--reading
and lame, lame.)

Will be bloating with more 'meaning' --or not-- this time.
