A NP second to your recommendation for Black Mirror (Brooker producing and
sometimes writing), by far the best SF on screen in recent years. Three
stand-alone programs each in 2011 and 2013, plus a one-off "Christmas
special" last month, and a third series in the works.
As a fine satirist of politicians and political discourse, Brooker is
merciless to himself (and Stewart, Colbert, Maher, Occupiers Anonymous, et
al) in "The Waldo Moment." And "White Bear" is just fkin terrifying.
Find it via DirecTV, or (at last) Netflix, or (shame, shame) via torrent,
but find it.
