I get you. And here we are more concerned with reading the books we
have in common, and so the experiences, the actions are the aim.

And,  of course we are also interested in making, that is, in writing
posts, our discussion.

And theory, which is concerned with knowing, not so much with the
practical or the experiential reading of the books we have in common
or with making, that is, in the poetry in our posts,  seems at odds
with the piratical and poetic, is not, really. It's just another way
of knowing, another perspective, if you will, like the man on street
has his, the doctor has hers, the lawyer hers, scientist, the
theologian, the architect....so on.

And you are so right to argue that GR bursts out of any harness
critics or theorists try to put on her; in fact, GR challenges us to
to read and make sense of it with any and all theories we may have, it
gives us plenty of of them to work with, but the book, like its great
symbol, the rocket, can't be read, anymore than The Whale.
