Brilliantly, sadly observed

The monster under the bed doesn't exist outside of the imagining of it's existence, and so with all of our concerns. It's not that we wish it back under the bed, but that exposing it to light, it is shown to have no existence in reality. Herein lies the problem...and, if you are "on the other side", the solution. If you are continually kept off balance by the force of information fed to you by external forces (media) and have no training or experience in filtering such input, and are thrown back on culturally accepted....
