Yesterday I heard an interesting interview on that note. It was with
one of the moderators behind a particular Reddit channel that has been
largely responsible for the insane Pizzagate conspiracy theory.
Obviously they're all massive Trump supporters. The interviewer asks
how America might find some way of coming together again and the
Reddit moderator says (paraphrasing): "Why the hell should we care
about that? You lost, and you want us to find some compromise to
accommodate you? We won. You come to us or you stay excluded." And I
thought: there's logic in that, even if I disagree with it (which I
do).
