GR translation: Her suave metal husband

A metal (from Greek μέταλλον métallon, "mine, quarry, metal") is a material
(an element, compound, or alloy) that is typically hard, opaque, shiny, and
has good electrical and thermal conductivity.

We all know this but I think we have to get TRP's metaphoric use of the
literal here. Steel, for example, has lots of death associations in GR (and
others of his works).
