NP but William Empson

If you've looked up or read anything by him, you might know
that he studied and became some kind of Buddhist later in his life.
He wrote a legendary book called, The Book of the Budda,
lost before the war in a cab, I believe.

But what once was lost has now been found, amazing buddhist
grace and will be published. Soon enough. i want to read it.

And, good reader/critic Michael Wood has been writing a book about Empson.

I have a fine Wood remark on GR to spring during the Group Read.
