GR translation: to take this most immachinate of techniques, the Rocket

It has always made me think of 'immaculate' as in, for example, "immaculate
conception" with all the religious imagery in this section of GR. It does
not mean immaculate but seems to be an intensifier of Machinate--see
below---as in impassioned. Signaled by 'most immachinate' of techniques.
The Rocket is....a special technique of intrigue, of plot (against the
world, others)--not a pure technique (In a value-neutral way)
