GR translation: to take this most immachinate of techniques, the Rocket

It would seem to mean the opposite of "machinate," referring to the
"special techniques of bombardment" of the rail system to create "apparent"
ruins, which aren't ruins, but are "carefully crafted by the War."  Lots of
opposites and contradictions in a very short space.  "Immachinate" would
thus mean a "technique" (bombing) which is unplanned (and probably benign)
that created apparent (but not really) ruins, which are actually carefully
crafted.  This is a koan if there ever was one.
