I would like to mine the the thoughts, dreams, memories, fears which are coming from the patients at St Veronica’s. They occupy a major slice of the chapter and reflect a preterite point of view, particularly the victims of the grand designs.  Again, sadly, the moans echo the question of whether the hospital is the cure or part of the disease. 
 I willl try to touch on this  material later but need to get to work. If anyoe has inputs now, put em in.
