He calls space-time space-memory because without memory there is no
experience of time. Many mystics say that time is an illusion, that all
time is really an instance of the Now. That time exists for us because of
our limited perception. This is a view of Fate being in charge. But a
corollary concept in the new physics is that there also exists an infinite
number of parallel Universes that manifest all possible other Fates.

I don't endorse nor reject these concepts.  Ridicule if you want.  Reality
is far more complex and crazy  than anyone would care (want) to believe.
